How do I know which size will fit me best?
We recommend checking the Size Guide on each product’s detail page, which provides detailed measurements for each size. If you're in between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please check the Shipping & Returns tab on our product pages fore more information. You can also contact us at hello@devictoria.com if you have any questions regarding shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5-6 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. If you are ordering Pre-order items, make sure to check the Estimated Ship Date for each product.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for In-Stock items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns of exchanges for Pre-order items unless the item arrives damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. Please refer to our return policy page for more details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Are your clothes ethically made?
Yes, we are committed to ethical manufacturing practices. Our products are made in factories that adhere to fair labor standards and sustainable practices. Everything we produce is made in Lima, Peru, with love, artisanship, and care for sustainability. In addition, as a limited edition brand, we strive to product only as many items as our customers order, as we don’t want unused or unsold inventory to go to waste. Please support us this mission by ordering Pre-order items which usually will include a Pre-order discount and some extra exclusive goodies in appreciation for trusting us to deliver on our promises.
How do I care for my clothing items?
We recommend checking the care label on each garment. Most of our clothes can be machine washed cold and hung to dry. We strongly advise against machine drying any of our garments, especially the ones that feature printed graphics.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but they will be made available very soon. You’ll be able to purchase them in different denominations.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our customer service team at hello@devictoria.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
